How do I add an expense from WhatsApp or Telegram?
Send a message like E Gasoline 5000 Cash Auto (E = expense, then item, amount, source and category). For income, send I Client 50000 BofA-Checking.
Do scanned bills get tracked automatically?
Yes. Every bill you scan is logged as an expense for that month, so you don’t have to re-enter it.
When does an invoice count as income?
Only when you mark the invoice as paid. Creating an invoice does not add income until payment is confirmed.
Can I import and export my data?
Yes. Import past entries from a CSV/Excel file and export your full ledger anytime.
